Update : shared spreadsheet with some Epic Quest info and other related information that is somewhat updated as of Dec 2023. The game has changed since launch, this is a freeshard, but most info is as it was. Just a few minor changes indicated.

Questline for the Epic Armor via the King in the capital city of Jorhdeim
Port to Bjarken, run into the house and speak to Avang, then run north of the town and go kill Mysterious Messenger, wait the spawn is long, after this;
Run completely north in the same zone from where u are, top left corner, go up the tower, speak to guy and run back down, you will need to kill a few mobs by the tower to get 3 parchment papers
Run back to King Throne Room, he send you out to Frontiers, port to the Arvark Faste keep and run southwest. Kill the Snofrid;
In Bjarken area after the first 2 or 3 steps,
Mysterious Messenger location
